Modules follow the textbook layout:

Module 1: Introduction to Service Facilities (Chapter 1 to 5)

Module 2: Customer Service (Chapters 6 to 8)

Module 3: Shop Production (Chapter 9 to 11)

Module 4: Introduction to Service Management and Ownership (chapters 12 to 16) 

Module level of study:
Level 1: survey of the module information and completion of the multiple choice questions at the end of the module chapters.

Level 2: Complete the level 1 for the module you are studying then return to each chapter and complete the Short Answers and Activities.
